Bud Light is launching a new line of bottles ahead of gay pride month, which begins on June 1. The month is set to commemorate the Stonewall riots, which took place in June 1969. The riots were a series of spontaneous, violent demonstrations by members of the LGBT community in response to a police raid on June 28, 1969.
The company is partnering with GLAAD, a media organization advocating for LGBT equality, to make the bottles a reality. To that end, Bud Light’s donating $1 for every case of the bottles sold from May 27 to June 30.

“For twenty consecutive years, Bud Light has partnered with GLAAD in its mission to accelerate acceptance of LGBTQ people,” said GLAAD Chief Programs Officer Zeke Stokes in a press release. “Bud Light stood with the community at a time when many brands did not, and their continued outspoken support sets the bar for other global brands.”
The limited-edition bottles will hit store shelves at the end of May and you’ll be able to grab a case of it anytime though the end of June.
