Christmas events are in full-swing as we head closer and closer to Christmas! And we've got just a few of those for you in this week's rundown - let's take a look!

Christmas on the Coosa Parade
Christmas on the Coosa festivities begin with a parade in Wetumpka on Saturday at 2:00 pm. The one-hour event will give everyone in the River Region another great opportunity to come together and enjoy some spectacular floats, food, and attractions.

Christmas on the Coosa Wakeboard Show
But that’s not all! Christmas on the Coosa continues at 4:00 pm with the Wakeboard Show at 4:00 pm, just one hour after the parade concludes. If you’ve ever wanted to see Santa ski across the Coosa River, then you’re in luck! He’s the main attraction of this awesome event.
'It's a Wonderful Life' at the Capri Theatre
Christmas classic It’s a Wonderful Life is headed to the Capri Theatre on Saturday and will remain there until Tuesday night. If you’ve never seen this one it’s a timeless treasure, and seeing it at the Capri? That’s a combination you can’t easily pass up!
Christmas in Candyland
Maybe you remember the Candy Land board game from your youth? I mean, maybe you still play it, but that’s besides the point. You can come check out Andalusia’s real-life version of the world between Wednesdays and Sundays in December. This is indeed a great one for kids!
