The last weekend of March is here, but that doesn't mean there's any lack of awesome events. Welcome to your Central Alabama Weekend Update - here are some great options for you to try over the next few days!

Babypalooza LIVE!

Of course we have to mention the annual Babypalooza Live! The event’s taking over Montgomery’s Cramton Bowl Multiplex from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. If you’ve got kids and need a pointer or two, then this one’s a good option. Admission won’t cost you anything, either – so what do you really have to lose?

Fido Fest 2019

Happening right alongside Babypalooza is another annual event: Fido Fest down at Eastchase! It’s the year’s fourth year running, and it benefits the Montgomery Humane Society. The event begins at 11:00 a.m. and ends at 2:00 that afternoon. If you want to pet some dogs and enjoy some nice, spring weather, then where better to be?

Vintage Car Show Wetumpka

River Region Creatives is bringing its Vintage Car Show to downtown Wetumpka on Saturday at 1:30 in the afternoon. All cars before 1970 are welcome, and the organizers are hoping that some of you show up in era-appropriate clothing. And like everything else on our list so far, this one’s free to enjoy!

Legacy Flight Academy 5K Fun Run

The Legacy Flight Academy is hosting a 5K Fun Run on Sunday, starting at 8:00 a.m. The run helps the organization ensure that students from under-served communities able to participate in their events. If you’re wanting to get some exercise and support a good cause, get up and get going Sunday morning!
