Montgomery School of Music – A Legacy Born in the South

The Montgomery School of Music offers excellent instruction for aspiring musicians.

The Montgomery School of Music is one of the city’s premiere spots for learning how to play music. Those attending will find they can learn how to play violin, piano, drums, guitar, and more – there are also vocal lessons available.

But why should you choose Montgomery School of Music over someone else?

The school is owned and operated by Brannon Littleton, an Alabama native. He grew up in Active, Alabama, and understands the day-to-day that most of us experience in the South. He notes that nothing happens in places like Active, and it was music that helped bring him closer to himself. Because music has had such an impact on his life, he wants to share that love. As a result, he’s made it his mission to bring music to the River Region.

Because Littleton has made a career out of teaching and playing music, you’d be right in assuming that he’s got some very real talent. He studied at the University of Montevallo and is a member of the Music Teachers National Association. And though the Montgomery School of Music has been open since 2011, Littleton still teaches lessons and helps aspiring musicians grow their wings – fitting, as their motto is “Discovering the musician in you.”
