Who doesn’t love a good burger? Eastchase announced in a Friday press release that new restaurant BurgerFi would be coming to their shopping complex in “early summer” later this year.
The company, which touts itself as a “gourmet burger chain,” has more than 100 locations across the United States; BurgerFi already exists in three other locations throughout Alabama.
Here’s what the Montgomery BurgerFi will look like:
Examples of the “gourmet” offerings from BurgerFI include “meat-lover” and “vegetarian” burgers; you can get their signature “VegeFi” with crispy quinoa or the veggie-based “Beyond Burger.” The traditional, meat-first burgers are made with antibiotic-free black angus beef.
And if burgers aren’t really your speed, don’t fret: you can also pick up smothered hot dogs, free-range chicken sandwiches, onion rings, french fries, custard, and milkshakes.
BurgerFi’s commitment to healthy living doesn’t stop at food! They also use sustainable materials in their furnishings, including tables made from recycled milk jugs and chairs crafted out of Coca-Cola bottles; they’ve also got energy-efficient lighting and fans.
Montgomery’s BurgerFi will be located near the Eastchase Chili’s, and will feature a 3,200 square-foot space. This includes seating for more than 90 people, as well as a patio for those balmy summer nights.
“We are excited to bring this brand-new concept and market-exclusive restaurant to The Shoppes at EastChase,” said Suzanna Wasserman, marketing manager of The Shoppes at EastChase. “The combination of gourmet burgers and vegan options will be a fantastic addition to the new health conscious mix at The Shoppes.”
