Chef Felicia gives us her tasty spin on pimento cheese.
FLO’S PIMENTO CHEESE
2 cups white cheddar cheese
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup diced roasted red peppers
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt
In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well. Store in an airtight container. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
Makes: about 2 cups
