Admission fee zero pay
All new students from national, public, and private elementary, middle, and high schools (high technology), special schools, and various schools in 2022 are eligible for the zero-pay admission reserve fund. The support amount per person is 200,000 won for elementary school freshmen and 300,000 won for middle and high school freshmen.
Application for Zero Pay for Admission Reserve will be processed after admission in March. After application, the preparation fee for admission will be paid in April.
1. Elementary school freshmen
Apply by receiving parental application from each school. For alternative educational institutions, apply through the Seoul Out-of-School Youth Support Center.
(Zero Pay Points are given to the cell phone number applied by the parent and used at Zero Pay member stores)
2. Middle and high school freshmen
A method of receiving applications from students (parents) at each school to support purchase of school uniforms and provide zero-pay mobile points

In the case of clothing, school uniforms, daily wear, gym clothes, and everyday clothing (clothing required for school) are applicable, and the scope of purchase of books is limited to school-recommended books.

The reserve money can be used to purchase everyday clothes (clothes, bags, shoes, etc. required for school) and books (school recommended books).
2. Middle and high school freshmen
The reserve fund can be used to purchase clothes and educational smart devices.

Go to the Zero Pay website (https://www.zeropay.or.kr/) and click the ‘Find Zero Pay Merchant’ menu.
Select Seoul from the Merchant Finder menu, select the district, and select a category.
You can also search by entering the store name or road name in the searched location.

Year-end tax settlement of zero-pay admission preparation
If you receive the admission reserve fee as Zero Pay, you must install and sign up for a mobile application that can use Zero Pay in advance.

Admission Reserve Zero Pay Online Application
The Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education is operating an intensive application period for the 2022 entrance reserve fund from February 3, and will pay the entrance reserve fund to first-year freshmen at national, public, and private elementary, middle, and high schools.
