Dragon Boat Race and Festival
The Dragon Boat Race and Festival is one of the most fun things to do in Montgomery. Plus, you get to enjoy the stellar food and atmosphere of Montgomery’s Riverfront as a an added bonus. Pretty sweet, right?

2018 Guardian FCS Kickoff Classic
Bring your kids and enjoy some great football on a beautiful Montgomery evening! The North Carolina A&T Aggies and Jacksonville State Gamecocks will square off in the Cramton Bowl Saturday night. The event begins at 6:00 pm and will continue until 9:00. With these two champion teams going toe-to-toe, it’s going to be one heck of a game.
Montgomery Biscuits vs Tennessee Smokies
If football isn’t quite your speed, then how about some baseball? The Montgomery Biscuits are hosting the Tennessee Smokies from Friday to Tuesday. You can stop by Friday for Troy Community Night, Saturday for Alabama-Auburn Night, or Sunday for AUM Night. No matter what theme you choose, be prepared for a good time! The Biscuits always offer visitors a good time.
Maybe you want to step outside of Montgomery this weekend? Well, you’re in luck! Free Christian concert en Fuego is happening in Verbena, Alabama, and you can attend for absolutely no charge. Artists attending the concert include: Skillet, Sidewalk Prophets, and The Rhett Walker Band. Free music, friends, and hangs? How do you beat that?
